This website is the pre-launch site for MYFRIEND2030, an AI companion product. It is informational only: MYFRIEND2030 is not available yet, no orders are taken here, and no payment is collected.

This policy covers this website and nothing else.

What we collect

We don't ask for anything beyond that, and we don't collect sensitive categories of personal information through this site.

• Your email address, if you join the launch list.
• Your first name, if you choose to give it when you join.
• A record of your consent to receive launch updates, and which page you signed up from.
• Your name, email address and message, if you use the contact form.

Why we use it

• To email you launch updates about MYFRIEND2030 — launch date, pricing, availability and ordering information, once any of it is confirmed.
• To reply to a message you send us.
• To keep the site running and secure.

Consent, and withdrawing it

Launch list signups are based on your consent. If you'd rather not hear from us, send a message through our contact page and ask to be removed — we'll take your address off the list.

Being removed doesn't affect anything else, and we won't use your email for anything you didn't agree to.

Sharing

We don't sell your email address and we don't share it with advertisers or marketing partners.

We use service providers to host this site and store this data. They process it on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

Launch list details are kept until you ask to be removed, or until the launch list is closed.

Contact messages are kept for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and keep a record of it.

Security

We take reasonable technical steps to protect what you send us. No one can promise perfect security, so please don't send sensitive personal information through the forms on this site.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Send a request through the contact page and we'll respond.

Children

This site isn't intended for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Basic technical information may be processed so pages load, the site stays secure, and we can see in aggregate how the site is used.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we'll update it here and change the date at the top. When MYFRIEND2030 launches, the app itself will have its own privacy policy.
